The Perfect Base for Exploring

A great base for visiting the many attractions in this beautiful part of the world. I had a wonderful time exploring the town with my friends and family. The staff were so helpful and guided us to all the best attractions and tours in the area. The hotel is easy to find on the main road into Krabi Town, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.

Very clean and large room and bathroom. Cheap enough and only 10min walk to Krabi town. Very friendly staff but no English!!

Everything was good, except for the nasty smell of sewer in the room, especially in the bathroom. Maybe it was because of the flooding in the whole area in this period. We had booked for two nights, but we stayed just one. The lady at the frontdesk was very kind and didnt make any fuss about it.

The room was spacious and clean and we really appreciated the comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options for all tastes, and the coffee was particularly good. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the night market and restaurants, made it very convenient for exploring the area. Another plus was the welcoming and helpful staff, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. For example, the bathroom could have been better stocked with amenities like toilet paper and the water temperature in the shower wasn't consistent.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very near to a halal food restaurant and a convenience store. Additionally, it was only a short walk away from the popular night market. The room was big and very clean.

We loved the place. The staff was always smiling and courteous. The rooms were large and clean. Even though we had to take a local bus to Ao Nang frequently, it was no hassle as it passes right in front of the hotel. Would stay here again.

Hotel is about twenty minutes by car to get to the beaches - Ao Nang etc. If you do not have a car, it is not easy to get there.

They were very friendly and helpful beside the fact that their English was very poor!

I recently stayed at Phetpailin Hotel in Krabi for a few days of relaxation. The hotel offered great value for the price, and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-maintained it was. The location was convenient, with the city center just a short walk away or a quick and affordable Tuk Tuk ride. The staff, while their English was limited, were friendly and accommodating. The highlight for me was the cleanliness and comfort of the room, with everything looking new and a good shower. You can't beat the quality for the price.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and there was nice variety. I appreciated that the staff was helpful and accommodating with any requests I had. The hotel's location was conveniently close to local markets and attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

The bathroom amenities were lacking, specifically the absence of both shampoo and a hairdryer. The shower water pressure and temperature could have been better too.
